Sterling Property Ventures and funding partner Long Harbour have unveiled new images of their £55m Great Charles Square, Birmingham’s first institutionally-backed PRS scheme.
Long Harbour will fund and operate the scheme, which is both its first investment in Birmingham and its first develop-to-let project.
The AHR Architects-designed scheme includes 340 flats, 100 residents’ parking spaces and 20,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail and leisure space.
The two-acre site sits next to Snowhill Station in the city’s Jewellery Quarter conservation area.
