BlueCastle Capital has secured planning consent for a 21-storey residential tower in Stevenage.
Stevenage Borough Council has approved plans to replace the former New Look store at 9-11 The Forum with a 69m tower that will provide 225 homes.
The development will include amenities such as lounges, co-working spaces, gym, bike parking and 24-hour concierge.
Construction of the tower, which has been designed by 5plus, is expected to start in early 2026, with completion due in the middle of 2028.
Stevenage town centre is undergoing a £1bn transformation which includes a blend of high-quality residential areas and an employment quarter.
