Entries for the EuroProperty/LaSalle Investment Management fantasy fund manager game are due in by 30 June.
Each player has €1bn of equity to divide between three sectors across 23 markets. The fantasy funds’ performance will be tracked according to the quarterly rents and yields published in EuroProperty. The game is free and entrants’ anonymity will be preserved behind the name of their fund.
Each quarter we will publish a league table of the top fund managers and statistics on the best performing markets. First prize is a case of Champagne and there will also be quarterly prizes for the best performing fund manager. For more details, see www.fantasyfund.europroperty.com
