Stoford Developments has received planning for the third phase of its Leamington Spa scheme on Tachbrook Road.
The 31.7-acre industrial and warehousing site Spa Park is being delivered in partnership with BlackRock.
Dan Gallagher, Stoford joint managing director, said: “Demolition of existing buildings will start in April. This is a significant development that will create much-needed business units of a size that are very much in demand in this area.”
