The former Trent Bathrooms factory site in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, is set to be redeveloped as 230 new homes by urban regeneration specialist Woodford.
The 14.5-acre (0.6ha) derelict site next to Hanley has been purchased for around £4m. Woodford will submit a planning application imminently. Proposals also include refurbishing existing buildings and a three-storey new-build scheme.
