International Group is thought to have asked CBRE to advise on a possible sale of the Stoke Park luxury hotel and golf resort in Buckinghamshire after interest from abroad.
The resort could fetch more than £75m. Recently granted planning permission for four luxury villas and apartments could add a further £10m-£15m.
The complex, which has been owned by the King family since 1988, includes a 49-room hotel and 27 golf holes.
