Logistics firm Stone Bridge United has signed for 17,000 sq ft at SEGRO’s Voyager Park, Portsmouth.
Stone Bridge already had 3,463 sq ft at the park on Portfield Road, but has now also taken units 5, 6 and 9 on a five-year lease.
The company is thought to be paying £7.50 per sq ft as part of the deal.
Only one 12,270 sq ft unit is now available at the park.
Lambert Smith Hampton and Vail Williams advised SEGRO. The tenant was unrepresented.
