Stone & Webster has taken 31,000 sq ft in the centre of Milton Keynes, in one of the largest office deals in the city this year.
The company will take the recently refurbished top floor – the largest single floor plate of office space available in the city centre – of the 135,000 sq ft Station House.
There is a further 55,000 sq ft currently available in the building which is located adjacent to the Milton Keynes Central Intercity Railway Station.
Stone & Webster – part of the Shaw Group and providers of engineering, design, construction and maintenance services – took the office to accommodate a design project for a new oil refinery.
Bidwells acted for the landlord, Zurich Assurance Ltd. Douglas Duff represented the tenant Stone & Webster.
