Frankfurt-based Strabag Property and Facility Management has acquired Berlin-based property manager BWG from residential property firm GSW Immobilien.
The acquisition expands Strabag’s services in the residential property area.
BWG has been active in the market for 20 years and manages more than 22,000 residential, commercial and other property for landlords as well as national and international investors. The company’s assets under management total about €1bn.
