Strabag Real Estate is developing the Leopold 250 office building in Munich’s Schwabing district.
The property will provide 18,800 m2 over six floors and is expected to complete at the end of 2013.
Strabag will take about 50% of the lettable space itself.
Filed an environmental impact assessment application alongside its JV partner Fusion Students
