Stratton House, W1, is now fully let after the African Petroleum Corporation agreed to take the final office space at the building.
The oil and gas company has signed for 5,000 sq ft at the 5 Stratton Street property, on a 10-yaer lease with a five-year break option. It will pay £95 per sq ft.
Moving from a similar sized space at the St Botolph building, EC3, African Petroleum joins tenants at the 86,040 sq ft block including Manchester United Football Club and Park Square Capital.
Landlord the West End of London Property Unit Trust was advised by Strutt & Parker; the tenant was unrepresented.
At the same time, WELPUT continues to seek a buyer for Stratton House, expecting offers in excess of £170m, reflecting a 4.25% yield.
