James Stratton is leaving Cushman & Wakefield to join the retail investment team at Savills.
He will report to head of retail investment Mark Garmon-Jones, and will be based at the firm’s headquarters on Margaret Street, London W1.
Stratton, who is currently a partner in the retail investment team at Cushman & Wakefield, has worked at the firm since 2003. He was part of the retail team ahead of the company’s merger with DTZ.
Stratton will join Savills after a period of gardening leave.
