Developer Stretton Estates has sold more than 44,000 sq ft of warehouse space at its Expressway 56 scheme on Deeside Industrial Park, north Wales.
Edwin C Farrall Transport has taken one unit of 22,580 sq ft and another of 21,720 sq ft, paying close to the asking price of £50 per sq ft.
The sale means all units at Expressway 56 are now occupied, with MTB Equipment recently taking a third warehouse of 20,000 sq ft.
David Newman of joint agent Matthews and Goodman, said: “The sale demonstrates the demand for high quality freehold premises along the A55 corridor.”
Other occupiers on Deeside Industrial park include Toyota, Iceland and BASF.
Lamonts and Matthews & Goodman are joint agents on the scheme.
