Strettons has partnered with SiteSales Property Group to launch a new-build residential development consultancy for developers, housing associations and local authorities in London and the Home Counties.
The London-based commercial property advisory service is most well known for its auctions and residential and commercial sales services. SiteSales specialises in development and new homes sales.
The new partnership, Strettons SiteSales, will support development from land acquisition, valuation, design management and letting. It will support the delivery of private and affordable housing in London and the South East.
Stretton’s managing director Simon Tilsiter said: “Thousands of new homes are needed across London, but often their development can be delayed by developers, housing associations and local authorities having to go to several specialist companies to receive advice.
“Combining the expertise of Strettons and SiteSales will alleviate this problem as our professional team can advise on each aspect of the new build scheme.”
