Strettons has hired Chris Sims as a consultant to bolster its valuation and development consultancy departments.
Sims has worked with companies across the world, including the Hong Kong Land Company, Bovis, Aldar Properties and Prudential Portfolio Managers during a career spanning more than 35 years at senior levels in the real estate consultancy, development and investment fields.
He will work with Strettons’ valuation and development departments, led by director Gary Powis, focusing mainly on valuation, professional services and related development advice.
Simon Tilsiter, managing director at Strettons, said: “Chris has been directly involved in many of the world’s major property developments and portfolios over the past 15 years and brings global experience to our team.”
Sims’ experience covers entertainment, commercial, residential, retail, leisure, regeneration, heritage, PPP/PFI development and asset management transactions.
