A former mosque and community centre in Forest Gate, E7, will go under the hammer at the Strettons sale next week with a guide price of £1.7m-plus.
The 5,000 sq ft vacant freehold property is close to Forest Gate mainline station and is being offered as a conversion opportunity, subject to planning.
The 10 December sale will also include a portfolio of 14 billboard sites throughout England offered by advertising agency JCDecaux. Many of the sites have development potential. Guides range from £100,000 to £125,000.
A portfolio of seven mixed-use commercial and residential properties close to the town centre in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, will be offered with guide prices starting at £70,000-£75,000 for a freehold vacant shop and flat above and going up to £270,000-£295,000 for a freehold part-vacant commercial investment with six flats.
The 74-lot sale will be held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2.
