Ropewalk, Nuneaton: Richardson Cordwell has opened the doors to its £70m Ropewalk complex. The long-awaited 205,000 sq ft shopping centre is Nuneaton’s first major retail development and attracted 35,000 visitors on its first day. Anchor for the development is Bhs, while other tenants include Next, TK Maxx, H&M and Accessorize. Joint letting agents are Lambert Smith Hampton and Jones Lang LaSalle.
