Strutt & Parker has allied with Bayhead Advisers to offer specialist advice on third-party debt and equity funding.
In addition to the debt services, the new alliance will provide specialist real estate advice to ensure efficient execution and stock selection.
Bayhead will work closely with the brokerage and wealth management teams at Strutt & Parker to provide a “one-stop shop” to clients.
Bayhead was formed in 2014 by Andrew Wilson and Nick Bull, previously of Lloyds Bank’s non-core real estate team, where Wilson was responsible for the non-core asset management strategy and executed a number of the bank’s large portfolio sales.
