Strutt & Parker has acquired Buckinghamshire-based residential estate agency Roberts Newby.
Roberts Newby has offices in Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Giles with 22 staff, all of whom will transfer to Strutt & Parker’s national estate agency.
Roberts Newby is led by Simon Roberts, who will become an equity partner at Strutt & Parker.
It operates a sales and lettings platform for high-value properties and a new homes department specialising in the sale of new developments in the popular commuter towns. The offices will be jointly branded from September.
Strutt & Parker has 38 residential estate agency teams throughout the UK, and this acquisition represents its expansion into Buckinghamshire.
