Hamilton Black Developments is planning to transform its recently acquired Pack Horse Hotel in Bradshawgate, Bolton, into student accommodation.
The Westhoughton developer is redeveloping the hotel into a 68-bed student accommodation scheme to serve the University of Bolton.
It purchased the property, which has been vacant since 2009, for £600,000. The vendor was represented by Colliers.
The redevelopment is expected to be completed in spring 2012.
