A 581-bed £35m student accommodation development in Leicester has won planning consent.
The development on Western Road includes four blocks of between five and eight storeys, a café and gym. It will house De Montfort University students.
The plans by applicant Jamie Lewis Residential Lettings had originally proposed a 15-storey building, but this was rejected by Leicester city council following local objections.
Accommodation is expected to be ready by September 2012.
