A listed University of Leicester student accommodation site will be transformed into a £14m conference venue.
The university and BDP Planning Studio obtained the permission from Leicester city council to convert the 85,390 sq ft 1950s vacant college hall on 5.31 acres at the university’s campus.
The conversion will begin imminently.
