Auction House Leeds maintained its 80% success rate at its 9 June sale at Elland Road stadium.
The total closed at £2m after 22 out of 29 properties were sold.
The firm has achieved a success rate at or above 80% at each of its four sales this year.
Competitive bidding on a number of lots pushed prices well above reserves.
Final bids on a detached 1930s house in east Leeds, which was guided at £50,000-£70,000, closed at £125,500.
A four-bedroom home, in need of complete renovation, in Batley, West Yorkshire, sold for £190,000 off a guide of £120,000-£150,000.
Auctioneer David Pank said: “The attendances at our auction rooms in Leeds are continuing to go from strength to strength.
“This sale provided us with a fantastic result, and the fierce competition on certain lots even took us by surprise.”
