Serviced office provider London Executive Offices has bought a 15-year lease for the entire 40,126 sq ft of Alan Sugar’s landmark site at 5 Cheapside, EC2, paying a reported £83 per sq ft.
Now rebranded as Octagon Point, the island site, positioned outside St Paul’s Tube station, provides luxury office space occupied mostly by tech and finance firms, looking predominantly for project space.
