The Only Way is Essex’s Mick Norcross was at Allsop’s commercial auction yesterday bidding to buy the freehold of his Sugar Hut nightclub and restaurant.
The reality TV star is understood to have placed the winning bid for the Sugar Hut Village in Brentwood, Essex.
The property, which is let to Norcross on a lease expiring in 2025, was being sold with a guide of £1.3m to £1.4m. It produces an annual income of almost £72,000.
It was sold for the lower end of its guide.
