Sun Life has let the 4,611 sq m (49,632 sq ft) Aurora Building at 71-75 Uxbridge Road, London, W5, to Bay Networks.
A rent of £215 per sq m (£20 per sq ft) and an undisclosed rent free period has been agreed for a 25-year lease with five yearly upward only rent reviews and a break in the tenth year. Bay Networks will use Aurora as a European call centre.
Weatherall Green & Smith and Colliers Erdman Lewis acted for Sun Life and Corporate Real Estate Services advised the tenant.
