Sun Life Properties have sold two properties in the centre of London — both of them to their existing leaseholders.
Austin Knight have paid £5.5m for 20 Soho Square, W1. The purchasers held a 200-year lease at £310,766 pa. They occupy five floors and have sublet the remaining space. The building totals 57,227 sq ft.
Sun Life were represented by Allsop & Co, while E A Shaw & Partners advised Austin Knight.
Meanwhile at 92-94 Borough High Street, SE1, Town & City Properties have paid over £850,000 for an 8,500-sq ft office building. Town & City had held a long lease, but sublease the entire property.
