Graftongate and Blackrock have submitted plans to build 963,000 sq ft of industrial space on Sunningdale Business Park near Leicester.
The outline planning proposals seek to demolish existing industrial buildings at the park, near the M1, and redevelop the site.
UMC Architects designed the project.
