The final stop on the Focus UK reception tour for 2013 was Glasgow last month, where we found the market in a cheerful mood.
Perhaps it was because speculative office development is on the rise in the city and there are tentative signs of market improvement – or perhaps it was the autumn sunshine and a lunchtime beer?
There was much to talk about, not least the recent merger of James Barr and GVA, and plenty of speculation about what the new owners of the St Enoch shopping centre might do.
