Bowling operator Superbowl UK has signed a deal with Queensberry Real Estate for its Friars Walk development in Newport, Wales.
It is taking 18,000 sq ft of space at the 390,000 sq ft shopping centre, which opens on 12 November.
The centre has an eight-screen Cineworld cinema and 11 restaurants in its leisure offering.
Letting agents for Friars Walk are Lunson Mitchenall, Cooke & Arkwright, Nick Young & Co and CBRE.
