Surrey county council has acquired 30,696 sq ft of offices from The Milton Group for an undisclosed sum.
The council has purchased Consort House in Queensway, Redhill, to use for its own occupation.
It is understood it will be the council’s main site when its vacates its existing premises off Lesbourne Road in Reigate.
Vail Williams represented the council, and the Milton Group was advised by Hurst Warne and Knight Frank.
