Central London agent Richard Susskind & Company completed more than 100 deals in 2011.
The agent recorded transactions covering 477,303 sq ft last year, including four City deals in December.
Among the final deals of 2011, were Pendomer Communications taking 714 sq ft at Tri Capital’s 55 Farringdon Road, EC1, on a five-year lease at £26.50 per sq ft.
Other transactions earlier in 2011 included Waitrose taking 10,000 sq ft premises on Tottenham Court Road, at £400,000 per annum rent on a 15-year lease.
