Investment firm SVP Global has appointed Ian Guthrie from Lloyds Banking Group to its advisory council.
Guthrie brings 25 years of banking experience to SVP Global, having previously held executive positions at Lloyds and Halifax Bank of Scotland.
Victor Khosla, SVP Global’s founder and chief investment officer, said: “As the UK banking sector continues to evolve and divest assets, Ian’s experience and the relationships he has developed during his career will be highly additive to our already strong origination capabilities.”
