Finchatton has agreed the sale of a seven-storey house on Chester Square, SW1, for £3,700 per sq ft – the highest price achieved on the square.
The 8,200 sq ft home was sold for the £32.5m asking price to a British buyer.
The house features a 360 sq ft gym and spa, 350 sq ft cinema room, six bedrooms and staff accommodation.
The property was brought to the market in May.
Finchatton has more than £300m of development in progress, including 12 flats on Hans Place, SW1, and two properties on Mount Street, W1. Later this year it will launch The Lansbury, SW3.
