Austrian crystal brand Swarovski has signed a new 10-year lease for its latest London store at GPE’s 122 Regent Street, W1.
The outlet comprises 1,500 sq ft across three floors and will officially open ahead of the brand marking its 130th anniversary next year.
The new store is in the Grade II listed Kingsland House. Swarovski will join the wider retail offering at Kingsland and Carrington House, including Joseph, Tumi, Russell & Bromley and Pret A Manger.
Sarah Goldman, head of retail at GPE, said Swarovski’s premium shop fit-out would “add something unique to Regent Street”.
