Women’s sportswear retailer Sweaty Beatty has signed for a new London flagship on Marylebone High Street, W1.
The retailer has signed for 1,500 sq ft at 3 Marylebone High Street on a 10-year lease.
It will be the brand’s 30th store in the UK.
Paul Souber, head of Collier’s central London retail agency, said: “We have been searching for the right store in Marylebone for some time and are delighted to have secured this property off market in such a fabulous position on the street.”
