Sweetvale is to pay £12.9m for the Kingston Retail Park in Kingston-upon-Hull, Humberside.
The company is concluding lease agreements with Carpetright and Harveys Furnishings for two retail units. The remainder of the park is already let.
Sweetvale is the joint venture between Asda Property and Harris Ventures, the property development business of Lord Harris, chairman of Carpetright. Asda Property has also sold the Westlinks industrial estate in Wembley, London, for £9.5m.
