Swiftcover.com moves into AXA/IVG’s Glashaus

  Online insurance company swiftcover.com has taken 21,395 sq ft of office space at IVG and AXA’s Glashaus on Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey.   Swiftcover.com, a subsidiary of the AXA Group, has taken the building on a 10-year lease, with a break at year five, and is paying £24.00 per sq ft.   Glashaus is a two-storey self-contained office with a central atrium and private car park.   The insurance firm is relocating from smaller premises in nearby Send.   Paul Dowson, head of LSH’s Guildford office, which acted for swiftcover, commented: “This is a very positive transaction to kick off the new year.
