SWIP completes new lettings at Reading industrial estate
Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has completed 50,000 sq ft of new lettings at Worton Grange industrial estate in Reading, Berkshire.
Marketlink Marketing Communications has taken the 44,000 sq ft Unit 5 for 10 years at £7 per sq ft, with an initial 12 month rent free period.
And Foster Wheeler Energy has leased Unit B5, a 10,597 sq ft property, for a term of 10 years with a break clause at year five and at a headline rent of £7.95 per sq ft.
The lettings follow a deal with DHL last year that saw the delivery company take Units 3 and 4, totalling 71,300 sq ft, at a rent of £7 per sq ft.
