SWIP offers Charlotte House

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership is looking to dispose of another West End asset, and has put Charlotte House, W1, up for sale.


The 26,860 sq ft vacant property at 11-14 Windmill Street, next to Lazari Investments’ Met building, has been put on the market for £17m, equating to £632 per sq ft.


A refurbishment of the building would be well received owing to the lack of supply of grade-A offices in Central London over the next few years, making the prime West End asset attractive to investors.


Most recently SWIP sold 20 Golden Square, W1, to Crosstree Real Estate Partners for £20m, a 3.39% yield.


H2SO has been appointed as the selling agent.
