SWIP re-gears Christchurch B&Q store

 


Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, on behalf of owner Sackville Property TCI Nominee, has negotiated a re-gearing of B&Q’s store at Stony Lane retail park in Christchurch, Dorset.


 


DIY group B&Q’s existing lease has been surrendered with two and a half years remaining.


 


A new 15-year lease has been signed at a rent of £310,560 pa on the 31,056 sq ft unit.


 


Other tenants on the park include Magnet, Tile Giant and Currys.
