Swiss investor GMG Real Estate is looking to forward-fund a £93.5m mixed-use scheme including a hotel in Farringdon.
Alongside the Ruby hotel, the Stella development on Eyre Street Hill, EC1, will include office space and apartments. The scheme is designed by Piercy & Company Architects and has a gross development value of £93.5m.
The offices are expected to reach practical completion late next year, while the hotel and homes will be ready in the second quarter of 2022.
