True North Management has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointment of Chris Railston-Brown as chief development officer.
Railston-Brown brings a wealth of experience in delivering complex central London development projects for institutional investors across residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. He joins from Seaforth Land, where he spent almost four years as director of development.
Prior to that, Railston-Brown worked at both Platform_ and Taylor Wimpey as development manager.
The appointment follows True North’s recently signed strategic partnership with Swiss Life Asset Managers in a move to create an “industry-leading” living platform.
True North was established in 2018 by chief executive Jill Ju and Ingo Holz, a Germany-based, international real estate expert and founder of BEOS, which Swiss Life acquired in 2018.
Ju said: “With his extensive experience in the London residential sector and proven track record, Chris will help us ensure True North is equipped to deliver on our goal of creating an industry-leading living platform delivering value and innovation to investors and customers alike. We look forward to the impact he will have on our continued success.”
Railston-Brown added: “Excited to get back into the living space in such an opportunistic market.”
