Insurance giant Swiss Life is to take 66,000 sq ft (6,130 sq m) at Liverpool’s Albert Dock in a deal with Arrowcroft Northwest.
The company will move 350 staff from its base at Crosby, Merseyside, to offices at Albert Dock’s Edward Pavilion.
Both English Partnerships and Liverpool Vision have been advising on the deal, which will secure jobs for the Merseyside area.
Stuart Keppie, partner with Liverpool agent Keppie Massey, which is advising Swiss Life, said: “There are still some contractual issues to resolve.”
