Sydney & London buys DTZ’s Cardiff office home

  Sydney & London Properties has bought Dumfries and Marchmount House, a 44,000 sq ft, four-storey office on Dumfries Place, Cardiff for £9.75m.   The building was bought from Invista Real Estate Investment Management.   It is occupied by two tenants – DTZ and Geldards Solicitors.     Invista Real Estate Investment Management was represented by DTZ; Atisreal acted for Sydney & London. paul.norman@egi.co.uk
