Discount fashion retailer T K Maxx has taken the entire second floor at NPI’s Victoria Centre in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, in the second big deal at the development this year.
The store has signed up for 2,386 sq m (25,679 sq ft) at a rent of around £59.20 per sq m (£5.50 per sq ft), with the landlord taking responsibility for fitting out.
T K Maxx joins W H Smith at the four-level centre. The books to stationery retailer has just opened a1,672 sq m (18,000 sq ft) unit on the ground and first floors. Other new arrivals include Europa Giftware, Thomas the Bakers and The Buzz Shop.
Juliet Peacock of letting agent DTZ Debenham Thorpe said:”The scheme is no longer a white elephant.”
