British businesswear retailer T.M.Lewin has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as asset manager and adviser for its 78-store UK portfolio.
The brand was established in 1898 with a shop in London’s Jermyn Street, SW1. In 1989 it opened its second shop in Lime Street, EC3, in the City of London.
Cushman & Wakefield’s retail team will be responsible for acquisitions, disposals and ratings advice, as well as managing rent reviews and lease renewals.
Peter Mace, Cushman & Wakefield’s head of central London retail, said: “T.M.Lewin has undergone rapid expansion in recent years. Cushman & Wakefield will be helping it throughout the process.”
