T-Mobile has taken a further 15,000 sq ft at the Waterfront building at Hammersmith Embankment Office Park.
The company already occupies 25,000 sq ft on a lease agreed in 2000 with Hammersmith Embankment, a jv between Aberdeen Property Investors and Landmark Developments.
T-Mobile took the second floor on a new 10-year lease, which includes a small rent-free period and a five-year break option, at £28 per sq ft (£301 per sq m).
HEL recently secured planning for a further eight office buildings totalling around 420,000 sq ft.
Work will commence this year.
