T-Mobile has paid a £30m reverse premium to surrender its lease at Imperial Place, Borehamwood, ahead of Capital & Counties’ sale of the building for £58.6m.
Purchasers Europa Capital and the Property Merchant Group will refurbish the 224,000 sq ft building.
Donaldsons and Lambert Smith Hampton are the joint agents.
