Automotive components giant T&N may leave its present headquarters, Bowden House in Trafford Park, Manchester, for smaller premises near Manchester Airport.
Corporate communications spokesman Ian Speakman said staff were being consulted about the move in the wake of the decision to axe half the 140 strong administrative workforce at Bowden House.
He added that premises for about 60 staff “in close proximity” to the airport were being considered. A futher announcement will be made next week, he said.
The cuts are part of T&N’s world wide cost cutting exercise.
